Installing and Maintaining Wood Floors
Wood floor installment
1. Note the size of the space where wood flooring will be installed. When a large enough space, then the sub-floor structure needs to be strengthened.
2. For the manifold hard wood floors, use nails to reinforce the wooden floor structure, although its use depends on the location.
3. For wood floors that are soft, sub-floor should be coated with other materials such as PE forms. Form functions as a flexible joint is the first and second floors, as the adjustment to prevent water from below is not directly absorbed into the wood floor.
According to the type of wood, then there are two methods of installation.
a. Hardwood floors

b. Softwood floor

Maintaining the wood floor
Whatever kind of stuff if treated well, it would be durable, likewise with wooden floors, when properly treated wood floor can last up to ten years.

Daily maintenance;
1. To clean wood floors do not use the cleaning cloth is too wet. Remember, the main enemy is a water timber, and damp wood is not durable.
2. If you want to use liquid floor cleaner, please use the cleanser on the market.
3. If exposed to spray cement or paint, should be cleaned. That is, the liquid is not already absorbed into the wood floor, so that the fast is broken.
4. In putting furniture, preferably at the bottom / rubber coated base. It is not material to make furniture from direct contact with wood floor, which might create scratches.
5. When moving furniture, should be appointed not withdrawn. Because once again, it could cause scratches or may be snag.
Monthly maintenance;
Although it does not go well with water, but the pores of the wood should be kept moist. For that once in three months, polished wooden floor by using such a liquid moisturizer.
On a wooden floor that is ready pairs is, in general form bond coated wooden circuit similar substances formalin. Well, formalin is a chemical that is unpopular with termites. But in order to keep target durable and protected from termites, once every three years should be given an injection of anti-termite.
